I had a wonderful experience at Flowers! Roxanne was able to prepare an arrangement the same day that I ordered it, within a hour. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was very well thought out and creative. I would recommend Roxanne’s work to anyone in the Moscow/Pullman area.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Wonderful customer service and personable, one of a kind florist. So happy I called from Florida to get what I needed, and exactly what I needed plus an extra special touch by Roxanne. My brother is going into the hospital today for surgery, she went out of her way to deliver a beautiful Praying plant to him the night before. She even sent photos before and after. I will be using her shop from now on, rather than al 800 florist - she is top notch!!! Thank you so much for everything, Roxanne. You’re the best.

It was a wonderful experience working with Roxanne. I live in NYC and I was able to speak with Roxanne on the phone to design a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday to be delivered locally in Pullman, WA. When I spoke with Roxanne, we spoke about designing an arrangement to capture our family's love for my mom, and Roxanne did not disappoint. My mom was overjoyed to see such a beautiful arrangement and couldn't stop crying tears of joy. You can tell from working with Roxanne she truly cares for the community she serves. I am so happy I took a chance, and I am sure I will be back.

Roxanne has a good eye for arrangements. I walked in and asked her to make a bouquet on a budget. I'm quite pleased with what she came up with. Very personable and friendly too.

I had a wonderful experience with Roxanne. Great customer service - I live out of state and had to call in for the order. Roxanne was really patient as we discussed the flower arrangement for a Mother’s Day bouquet. She did not disappoint! The bouquet that was delivered is beautiful! I will definitely be ordering from Flowers! by Roxanne again.

Working with Roxanne was so easy and she hit beyond my expectations with a beautiful bouquet for my sister’s birthday. I appreciated this experience so much- considering I’m in a completely different state than her! She was quick to communicate and even sent me pictures of the flowers.
